MERGER ANNOUNCEMENT

한국다케다제약 주식회사(“갑”)와 샤이어파마코리아 유한회사(“을”)는 2020년 4월 16일 각 주주총회 및 사원총회의 결의로 갑은 을을 흡수합병하여 그 권리의무를 승계하고 을은 해산하기로 결의하였으므로, 이 합병에 이의가 있는 채권자는 본 공고 게재일 다음날부터 1월 내에 이의를 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다.

On April 16, 2020, Takeda Pharmaceuticals Korea Co., Ltd. (“Takeda Korea”) and Shire Pharma Korea Yuhan Hoesa (“Shire Korea”) resolved to merge Takeda Korea with Shire Korea, to succeed its rights and obligations, and to wind up Shire Korea by resolutions at a General Meeting of Shareholders and a General Meeting of Members, respectively. Any creditors who have objections against this merger are required to submit the objections within a month from the date following the publication of this Announcement.
