Zydus Takeda Healthcare Private Limited is a Joint Venture Company between two pharmaceutical giants Zydus Healthcare Limited; an India based leading Pharma Company with global footprints and Takeda.
It is a state-of-the-art API & Intermediate manufacturing unit is based at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra since its inception in 1999. The plant spans across an area of 25000 square meters and employs more than 200 people who collectively work towards delivering high-quality products.

We are working towards building more sustainable communities by focusing on uncompromising Quality, Environment Conservation and addressing the unmet Health needs of the less privileged.
- Health of indigent and weaker sections of the society
- Environment Conservation by supporting Government initiatives and Local Community
- On the environmental front, we have joined hands with Government of Maharashtra and supported in Tree Plantation drive. So far, we have planted 4000 trees in village Dhamata in Thane District, Mumbai.
In the last few years we supported Bai Jerbai Wadia Hospital for Children based in Parel, Mumbai in setting up a Cardiac Unit for children. We provided financial aid for procuring critical equipment’s like Heart Lung Machine, Anesthesia Ventilator, Operation Theatre Table, Operation Theatre Lights with 3 dome cameras and 8 ventilators which were required for conducting Cardiac surgeries and post-surgery recovery. In the year 2018, we also gave an ultramodern Echo-cardiography machine to the hospital. Hundreds of children from poor families with cardiac ailments have benefitted in the last three years.
