Takeda new partner of Team Belgium

On 10 February 2020, the BOIC and the biopharmaceutical company, Takeda, signed a partnership with regard to the Olympic Games which will be held this summer in the Japanese capital from 24 July to 9 August. The agreement runs until 31 December of this year.

Takeda was established almost 240 years ago in Japan, and today is a patient-focused, values-based, R&D-driven global biopharmaceutical company committed to bringing Better Health and a Brighter Future to people worldwide. Also in Belgium Takeda’s footprint is important with an 18000m² global production facility and over 1200 employees in total. In the Belgian marketwe focus on therape, utic areas such as Gastroenterology, Oncology, Rare Diseases and Prescription and Over-the-Counter Medicines.
