Patient Services & Assistance

Patients are at the heart of everything we do. Our U.S. Patient Services programs provide product support that is driven by specialists dedicated to a single goal: providing patients and caregivers with caring, comprehensive support across our many therapeutic areas and products.

These free services are offered to eligible patients who have been prescribed a Takeda therapy:

Welcome to Takeda Patient Support

When you’re prescribed a Takeda treatment, we are here for you. We know that living with a chronic condition looks different for everyone. Whether you’ve just been diagnosed or have been on treatment for a while, our goal is to help you get the answers and information you specifically need—and help make your treatment journey a little easier.

Our support specialists can address your questions and concerns and help get you the answers, resources, and tools you need.

Some of the ways we can assist include:

  • Working with your specialty pharmacy (or site of care) to help you receive your prescribed Takeda treatment
  • Connecting you to co-pay or insurance help
  • Arranging for nursing support if you have questions about your condition and your prescribed Takeda treatment

Living with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease can be difficult enough. Managing your treatment shouldn't be. Once you and your doctor have made the decision to try ENTYVIO, the caring team of experts at EntyvioConnect is here to guide you with resources designed to make your journey as stress-free as possible, all at no cost to you.

EntyvioConnect can help by:

  • Financial and Insurance Help
    • A specialist can help you navigate co-pay assistance and out-of-pocket costs. With our Co-Pay Program, you may pay as little as $5 per dose.*
    • *Must meet eligibility requirements
  • Ongoing Support
    • You can sign up to receive additional information or schedule helpful medication reminders.
  • Injection Training Kit
    • If you're prescribed the ENTYVIO Pen, ask your EntyvioConnect support team to send you a kit that will help you get started. It includes a training guide, practice pen, alcohol wipes, and more, all tucked inside a portable cooler you can use to take your medication on the go. Plus, you'll get a QR code for online resources.
