“I have worked within the pharmaceutical industry for over 17 years in a variety of roles - including sales, management & EMEA marketing. In almost two decades, as you would expect, the NHS and pharmaceutical industry have evolved, impacting greatly upon the manner in which we conduct our business. At Takeda, the patient is at the centre of everything we do, and we focus our activity on our core group of customers in speciality medicine, where we offer a bespoke service to meet their needs, and those of their patients.
The attraction of joining Takeda as a Regional Account Director (RAD) was simple; it is the closest experience to running your own franchise of a pharmaceutical company. The RAD role in my eyes was, and still is, the epitome of Account Management. I have been successful throughout my career, and my ambition for progression within Takeda continues. My aspiration now is to lead a business unit.
Working as a successful RAD for the past three years has allowed me to hone my existing skills as well as thrive on new challenges, and I am confident that this will continue over the coming years.”
