Notice Concerning Cancellation of Own Shares
Osaka, Japan, December 25, 2008 --- Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited (“Takeda”) announced that its Board of Directors resolved today to cancel its own shares under Article 178 of the Corporation Law, as detailed below:
