It is vital to ensure products high quality, while we must comply with the applicable laws and ordinances as well as rules and regulations in the course of all business activities including production, as well as research, clinical trials, collection and provision of information on product safety and efficacy. The Global Quality Assurance Department, which reports directly to the company president, is committed to overseeing and supervising the quality assurance activities of Takeda group worldwide.

Takeda has established a global production system which ensures a stable supply of high quality products to global users. While Takeda promotes the outsourcing of manufacturing in efforts to develop a global production system, it works to accumulate technologies and information by restricting the sites that manufacture bulk compounds and require its proprietary high technologies to its own plants.
