Oversee company operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
My Thoughts on Working at Takeda
Working in Takeda across different countries has always appealed to me, because it gives you insights into how different nations deal with their current healthcare challenges. One of the other most interesting thing for me about Takeda is the opportunity we have in our organisation to learn lessons from different countries and apply them to others. ‘Sharing best practice’ is a real mantra for the region.

Recruit, retain and develop top talent in the regional office and in the LOCs Derive and drive portfolio and brand strategy. Support the development of local tactical programmes : Upskill sales force capabilities and marketing excellence through training and coaching programmes Ensure successful new brand launches. Drive the commercialization process for MaPS.
My Thoughts on Working at Takeda
At Takeda Asia Pacific we have a significant opportunity to do something special. Takeda’s near term pipeline will deliver over 60 launches of new medicines in the next four years. Delivering new medicines that matter to patients and physicians is what drives my passion for my role at Takeda. With the additional LOC commercial operational responsibility there is the engaging challenge of diversity and complexity. From consolidating our business in the Philippines to evolving the business model in Malaysia, there is always a challenge to tackle and capable and engaging local teams to achieve even greater things.
